Title: If you remember me
Warning: Smut, Mpreg, amnesia-fic
Summary: Yunho does something terrible and Jeajoong can't remember his past.

Prologue

Chansook was still reading out the clauses when Yunho put a stop to it. The roaring pain behind his forehead had not quietened yet and he did not further want to cause any pain. For a while his head ache was almost a relief from his heart ache.

Somewhere in the distance he could hear the muffled sounds of his infant son crying, a few seconds later like clock work it had stopped, after all nannies had become indispensible in his life.

“I want to make it permanent” he said, for a while he had toyed with the idea. But now hearing his son’s wailing had only strengthened his resolve than weakened it. If Moonbin would grow up without ever knowing his other parent it would be better for them. For the both of them.

“Sir I don’t think it will be in the best interest...”

Yunho’s glare had quietened him, “I know what’s best for my son, I want to make sure that the single parent custody is a permanent thing”

“We can’t confirm it sir”

“I don’t care how much it costs” he said firmly, “I want to make sure that my he can never see Moonbin again, not now, not a year later, not ever”

Somewhere in the distance the crying started again.
---
Jaejoong was high, well not in the traditional sense but the drugs helped.

The doctors hadn’t hesitated before prescribing the numerous painkillers, or the anti depressants. Everyone knew his story anyway, he had to beg them not to put him in suicide watch.

He had everyone convinced, almost, that he was going to Japan, starting a new life, pulling himself back together so that the next trial date he wouldn’t be such a mess.

The next trial date which was a year away.

They had put forth mental disturbance, past severe depression as the reasons to why Yunho should have the sole custody.

Those stories that he had whispered into the darkness, his disclaimer to Yunho before their marriage, wasn’t it ironic that the person he trusted the most had used that against him.

He wanted to forget, that just his one month year old son was away, in the hands of some strange nanny while he was on a plane to Japan, exiled.

The woman next to him looked at his oddly, Jaejooong shrugged, making sure his hoodie stayed up.

“Would you like another drink Sir?”

He nodded, despite the advice from both his doctors and the label on the bottle of painkillers stating otherwise.
Those mini bottles of vodka had looked oddly pretty, reflected off lights that turned multi coloured.

“Are you alright?” came the slightly concerned voice near him.

He wanted to say yes or no, but mostly the colours were distracting as it is. And that was before the room started shaking.

He could vaguely hear voices shouting, the woman next to him screaming.

Maybe he was going to die after all, open skies and a baby crying in the distance.

He lets himself fall into nothingness.
