Days 9 & 10

Well I had planned to get in an early morning meditation on day 9, but I got in late the night before so slept in instead! I'm visiting a friend this weekend as well so it's difficult to get time on my own to meditate. It's not something people know I do yet, and I always feel like I should be a good guest! I did however do a bit of sleep
