I'm alive. Just winterized.

I seem to hibernate through the winter. I need to get out and exercise and visit more, but all I want to do is to curl up with a good book -that's my best anti-depressant. I'm planning on staying out of the snow and cocooning this weekend. After all, I've got a husband and a son! They can shovel while I bake cookies and make hot choclate! ;D I already made blueberry pancakes for breakfast.
updates: we're refinancing the house again: I think we were pretty much screwed on the last interest rate, from Ameriquest,- and when they started to ask us if we wanted to redo it this year, I looked around some more and found that virtually everyone else was offering us better... however, at the time it was a good thing, because it allowed us to take out some built up equity and pay off all the overhanging debts, and we are now debt free... with the new lower interest we'll be putting aside even more so that the move (when it comes... probably 2007) will be much less difficult. We're planning now to get rid of old junk, neutralize the decor and figure out where we want to end up. Build? buy into a preplanned neighborhood? City or country? We've got a lot of conflicting tastes. I know we don't want to end up buying and remodelling: that's the worst of both worlds.
I'm working on my class format for the upcoming "Shakespeare from the Actor's Viewpoint" series i'm doing for the community college. And I'm planning a weekend in FL (Feb 12-13: my birthday! It'll finally be celebrated without sleet!) in Boca Raton: Rich is down there for work anyway, so I might as well visit a new Renn faire! Oh, an Pyrate Feast is coming up... I s'pose I oughta make a new costume, but I only wear such once a year: I can't see investing a whole lot into something that isn't regularly used. And I owe Corin and Richard some decent garb. Gotta get motivated.
I need a Stitch and Bitch!
