We could try some kind of advertising, maybe? ... How would you advertise something like that, though?

Yeah. That might work. Posters are pretty common and seem to be effective. I mean, just think about the propaganda posters that are all over the place.

We can't just flat out say "DRUGS FOR SALE" though. We have to be subtle about this...
