The Christmas cards look nice. There's something about making things with your hands.
You said it: some people often (or else always) think that the rest of the world is there to serve them and don't get that they are responsible for their own well-being; if they don't take care of themselves, it is not possible for their doctors, nurses, and hospitals to do so, in the end.
Sorry to hear about that doctor. Some of them do have a rotten bedside manner (as it were).
It's very frustrating definitely because you see them deteriorating and you can't really help them because they won't help themselves.
They still didn't call me back. :/ I'll just have to wait until Monday to talk to my regular doctor, but in the meantime I only have a few pills to make last. So it's just... really frustrating and disheartening. Not to mention anxiety inducing if I run out of pills too soon.
Haha, I was about to say, "I love the first one!" then the first thing I read is that you don't like it. lol
The second one is nice too, but I while the stripped paper is definitely beautiful, I think using it as the main background of the little pictures detracts from them. I think I would have maybe done two strips of that paper to the sides of the central images instead. How were the images made though, cause I think they're stellar! Were they stamps that you colored in or something? I really like them. :D
Your cards are really good. I like seeing them a ton. :D I hope you don't mind me sticking my two cents in about them. They just give me so many ideas. lol

I can see what you mean about the striped paper. It is kinda hard on the eyes. And re-looking at the card I realize it pulls your eyes away from the center pieces because my eyes immediately go the stripes. lol. Lesson learned! Oh, and they were stamps I colored and cut out. XD It was so fun to do.
Thank you! And I don't mind input at all. I'm always asking Jim or my sister what they think because I know they will be totally honest with me. And I am really honored they give you ideas!
