The guy who came to regrout the bathtub tiles and replace the soapdish that fell off the wall discovered a nasty surprise: daylight! And ants! Once the tiles were off the wall, it turns out it's rotted all the way through the siding and has a nest of carpenter ants living in it. Don't eat olives for a while! I saw this and hoped it just applied to those black olives I don't eat so many of anyways but I'm not sure.
