Actually, the SPCA probably doesn't get much money so maybe they can't stay open all night. I know in Elkins our animal shelter never gets much money from the city, so they can't be open all of the time. It sucks, but the "important" people don't see animals as being very high up on their list. It was nice of you to take care of the kittens for the night. I hope everything works out.
