Doesn't everyone?

[OOC: Ack, I'm so sorry. I was going to have him put up a post about it earlier, but I kept getting sidetracked. Go ahead and assume whatever you need to!]

This is particular information. You provided me a list of names. I need you to ascertain the movements of these individuals.

[ooc: Awesome, thanks!]

It's kinda hard to be in five places at once, y'know. Who's your top priority?

Also, I did a little more digging here. Apparently this guy's not only a big fan of your Caspian, but he seems like a womanizing kind of guy, too. So if you wanna get him, that might be the way to go. This one says she's some kind of empress, and boy, oh, boy, when she says "ouch", twenty people all run for the Band-Aids. By the way, are you feeling like crashing any parties? 'Cause it's somebody's birthday this month. Just so you know.

Look into someone who calls himself 'Master'. And a demon-get known as Kurama.

Hmm. I shall have to consider these two more closely. And a birthday, do you say? It would be a shame to let that pass unobserved. Your work is acceptable to us. You shall be rewarded.

And what would that be?

There are traitors in the city. I plan to exercise my rights according to the laws of Deep Magic, and bring some of them to justice.

I think I see what you're gettin' at.

As long as it ain't anyone I like.

If you have a personal objection to any the list, I will see to those myself.

I will require certain necessary strictures to be adhered to.

This City is notorious for the fickleness of its citizenry. It is... akin to a river. Always moving, always changing.

Stagnation breeds disease, after all.

There is stagnation, and then there is the comfort of reliability. I prefer less constant change. And there are ways to keep the river from moving.

Oh, indeed there are. A deep freeze comes to mind. It slows the river without breeding the infection.

Precisely. And turns what was muddied and foul into something beautiful.

So good to hear from you.

My thanks, Gabriel.

I have need of your assistance, if you should be willing to give it. It concerns the matter of known traitors in our midst, and the unfortunate lack of judgment on them.

Traitors to what cause?

Does the cause matter, Gabriel? Traitors to their oaths, their allegiances. The Emperor-Over-the-Sea has given to me the lives of all traitors, and I have made a pact to collect on some of them.
