They form circles, squares, pentagrams, and countless other symbols, all overlapped and gathered together into one large, elaborate display. Look closely, and you might even notice them glowing softly.

And she's muttering under her breath.]

Stick me in the bloody jungle, will you? I'll show you...

[ She was drawn in by the floating symbols, finding some of them recognizable, while others rather alien, and more bearing a resemblance to what she knows while still managing to be different in a hundred subtle ways. Magic is a subject she never tires of learning about, and she finds herself studying this display closely, not wanting to speak out of a concern for breaking the other caster's focus.

When the woman starts muttering, however, she recognizes that tone of voice]

[Rose feels someone approaching before they speak, and just prays they won't make too much of a racket. An idle hope, no doubt. This place seems mad, surely the people within it will be as well.

She turns back at the woman who talks, expression dry as the Sahara.]

[She'd cross her arms, but that would mean her shield bracelet wouldn't be ready to go at a moment's notice. Apparently she's developed an immunity to dry looks, even one as potent as this one]
