My character most likely to be able to help Rosso would probably be Epsilon--she's very friendly and understanding--even with violent, warlike characters.
And I already mentioned wanting to throw Seph at Rosso some more! She might be able to help somewhat, depending on how things go, even though she has her own issues.
Larry has experience dealing with people who aren't quite sane. She's a little too wary of Rosso right now to want to risk helping her, but that could change over time.
