Yesterday, after breakfast in Elizabethtown, KY (Cracker Barrel as per usual when we travel; I had to correct the girl on my order since she was overcharging me on my ham ...  anyhow ...), I noticed that the right side of my face was numb-- more specifically the ear and the small area of the face around it. Last night I had a dream that I was in a situation where I needed a superhero type to save me. I don't know. I was calling for Batman, and when he and the "bad guys" were fighting I was like, "C'mon it's Batman, y'know like nanananananana-Batman. .."

How strange.

The movie came out today ... I definitely want to see it soon.

I want a new phone. I've had mine for about three years, and I'm ready for an upgrade .... This is the one I want:

I'm 160 pages into Twilight and I'm thinking that the rest of the book/series has the potential to be really good. I'm loving the seductive bad boy thing that Edward has going on and I'm thinking there's some werewolves coming up ... Intriguing.

Why didn't I read this sooner?

So, I hooked my computer up yesterday, and surprise, surprise-- my scanner works!! I was very pleased to find that it works since I've been wanting to do several comic-ish projects. Yesterday, I did several drawings and colorings, which I've put on my DA page.

So I've always had a feeling here and again that my life was being mirrored in Questionable Content but I figured I was just being silly. But, there are a lot of creepy similarities between one of the characters, Faye, and I. Today's strip just enhances the spookiness of our similarities. Anyone who knows me knows of my fondess for Mr. Darcy.

This morning I had an 8 AM presentation-- fun, right?

Not really.

When I went to give my presentation, I pulled up my powerpoint, which was colorful and had lots of pictures, and it was going to be wonderful! until ... until ... until ... the computer ATE my powerpoint.

Gasp.

I have two take home exams, which is fairly exciting. I'm caught up on my "homework" so everything is downhill from here!
