Isn't it amazing? Did you take a look at the starts at night? You can actually see the milky way! Did you take the helicopter ride? If you didn't and you go back; DO IT! It is so worth the cost. You think staring over a rim is great think of how beautiful flying over it is! Anyway, have fun out there. Arizona is one of the most beautiful states.

I see you did fly over the canyon. I wonder if you got the same pilot I did. Did he make cheesy comments about 80's songs? :)

Yes, the music on the helicopter was really cheesy. They played the theme from 2001 as we approached the edge. I wanted to come on the mike and say, "What are you doing, Dave?"

I did look at the stars, which were amazing, though it wasn't clear enough to see the Milky Way.
