Haiz I have no issues with Monday. I don't like it and I don't really hate it. But today is an exception. I hate it.

I was listening to an e-book on Introverts & I am quite aware that I am an introvert myself... liking to eat alone, seeing a movie alone... preferring a weekend alone at home rather than a weekend packed with things to do... prefer being alone than being in the company of a large group. How do I train my brain to eat less? Can I program myself to hate food?

This is the first job I worked at that I requires me to reach monthly targets. Like I need to handle 3300 cases a month. This targets is also used to appraise you. I don't mind targets because it stop coworkers from doing less work than you. Since everyone has the same targets, you don't see people slacking off.
