Another fantastic post! I adore the mundane details! Especially about ***THE FOOD*** which is exactly what I personally would be focusing on if I were there! Abomination or not, :) how fun it would be to try all the varieties of "dosa" and "uttappas." The prices are jaw-droppingly low. I would gain 89 pounds if I went there. "Chinian" cuisine, how fascinating; I love to cook (although I don't as much as I used to) and it would be so interesting to see what they're doing. Also the Indian McDonalds and Pizza Hut, wonderful!! I realize I'm babbling :) The Barbeque Nation sounds like it was totally UNF-worthy (I had to google that; you are contributing to my education in more ways than one, lol) I also love trying different beers, etc. and I imagine drinking in India is interesting too ( ... )
