I know I'm clueless, so what does 'dom' mean, and what does 'ftmtf' stand for?

dom is short for "dominant" in the BDSM culture,
and ftmtf stands for female to male to female.

For me, it doesn't. Only that in a perfect world I would be given a male body and be making it more female. It's complicated, but essentially I feel like a male performing female gendered traits.
