Well, Lib + NDP would equal more than Tory and then Bloc would hold the balance of power. I don't think Dion would make a formal coalition with the Bloc but he could pass bills more favorable to them.

They'd have to work together but the Bloc wouldn't have to be in a formal coalition.

Anyway. I'm a bit annoyed that the first order of business is throwing age of consent back into an omnibus bill :/
