3) No, Jazz has just had a lot of ear infections that permanently scarred and twisted her ears. Barry says, "As a kitten, she had ear mites that ate the cilia out of her ears. That makes them get dirty easily, and she scratches at them, which causes bleeds. Her ears would fill with fluid, and as we drained the fluid they became scarred and crooked. Now she has no space left for hematoma because her ears are all scar tissue."
