Hey.
Thanks so much for sharing your pictures with me.
When you say that you don't show your chest in real life-- well, thats what I'm afraid of. I want the freedom to be nude w. a partner if i want to, i want to go swimming again, i want to feel freer, not less free. I'm afraid that if I don;t like the results I;ll just end up feeling less natural and less free.
Thanks again for sharing your results,
Brandon

have you visited www.transster.com? they have a large database of surgery results, a comprehensive Q&A guide, and a directory of most if not all surgeons for ftms in the US. Most of the results i've seen there are good. it really depends on the surgeon. I'm having similar issues.

A friend of mine with a B-cup had the periareolar done flawlessly by a surgeon in Virginia. I will get the doctor's name from him and post it next chance i get. In the meantime, check transster.com. you have to sign up for a password, but it's anonymous.

oh, and it's really not luck of the draw. it's mainly doing your homework and getting the right surgeon. don't jump into anything. get several second opinions. it may not be possible to have a peri without leaving excess breast tissue. Transster mentions a procedure called double-incision WITHOUT nipple grafts. I'm trying to learn more about it right now, as I am having concerns regarding the loss of sensation in the D.I. with nip grafts, but am probably too big for the peri.
