Volunteering to help same-sex couples marry in San Francisco

Imagine the wedding of two people who love each other very much... a beautiful, absolutely indescribable experience. Now imagine the wedding of two people who, until this weekend, had been prevented by law from ever marrying each other. Now multiply that emotional experience several hundred times. Basically, that was my day today

I was (and still am) so proud of you today, for volunteering your time like you did for such a good cause. What you don't know is that while looking at your photo's, I teared up at the joy and love I saw in them. I'm beaming because of my pride in you. :-) I love you.

You're right. I would have been in total melt down... :-) The pictures alone had me bawling... I would have been an absolute mess if I'd been there.

and i'm so happy that the city of san francisco is taking a stand and allowing gay marriages to happen. it's wonderful.
