While sitting bored and zoning out in AP Government/Civics/whateverthefuckcarmazzithinkshecantrytoteachus, I decided to draw a formal looking scroll in the margin of my notebook. On the scroll I wrote the following message in hopes that he will one day collect these notebooks and read this...allong with the many anarchy "A's" in my notebook

have you ever meditated?

i know you dont have a lot of free time...but whenever you get the chance to just be along...try meditating...clearing your mind. you would be suprised what it can do. i meditate by playing the piano...my mind just goes off on its own; my hands play as if the music goes directly from my eyes to my fingers...i can rationalize my difficulties and be objective, release my anxieties.

I occasionally have enough time to try, and it does help, I just haven't had a chance to do so since a few weeks after PB ended
