Yes you are prepared. More than you know.
There are rules but they are new and different.
More importantly though is the you who you don't want to lose. Fear not. You will not lose that you. The change you are experiencing is not a departure from you, rather it is a new dimension of you. You don't have to lose or give up who you are to become the you that seems to be inhabiting your consciousness now. Believe me, I can still be the me of many years ago when I want to...and sometimes when I don't want to. :/
Embrace who you are becoming. It will not replace the you we all know and love.
Oh, and by the way, all of us that know and love you miss you too!
