I was on my own yesterday with a massive queue to deal with, and I was running out of money in the till, with nothing but small change in the change box. With the woman "Atleast I did not close the store before serving you,that would be outragouse and I dont have the power to close the store,please think before talking"
and with the 14 year old,well see if you can get him banned or lie and say you will get him banned.
And withthe person who compained about not serving them say,"Patience is a virutre."
Yesterday in the cinema about a minute into the credits I stood up and stretched and was about to leave this lady behind me said "Excuse me but I cant see"That was utterly stupid,giving out to some one for standing up during the credits.

Though I have good customers, too. There's a little Croatian boy who keeps coming in and wanting me to follow him around the store... he knows where everything is and helps when putting DVD's back out onto the shelf, hehe.
