Given that Leon tends to isolate himself a lot, solo activities, but he still enjoys hanging out with people. Particularly Claire.

Leon rarely does get drunk, and never high. He's used to being on call 24/7, so he moderates his drinking.
• What are his drugs of choice? Are they legal or illegal? If illegal, how does he obtain them and justify their use?
Caffeine would be about it, though Leon still doesn't drink much of it. He does like his beer, though.
• Does he have an addictive personality?
Nope.
• Is he addicted to anything? If so, how does it affect his life?
He's not addicted to anything.

That he's socially inept.

Probably take it to the ASPCA

He takes his gun out, enters slowly and carefully, and searches the place from top to bottom for intruders or bombs.

Either Umbrella knows where he lives, or Claire is around.

His need to always take matters into his own hands.

At this point? He wouldn't be surprised. He's been through a lot.

He'd shrug, then look over treatment options.

He'd be there for them as much as he could.

No. He'll go outside and check things out first.

See above, and he'd call Becky to treat him while he dials 911.

He still wouldn't let her in right away, but he'd be willing to help.
• What if the stranger is a twelve-year-old child who keeps looking around as though someone is following him?
He'd talk to the kid, try to figure out what's wrong, and keep watch in case someone is following the kid.
