I'd say Halloween.

I... don't think he got anyone a birthday gift last year.

Having been to Silent Hill and the nexus, he's willing to believe those things exist, but not that they're the cause to every problem he encounters.

Yeah, he has encountered that stuff.
5. Does your character believe in astrology, palmistry, tarot, or other methods of divination?
Not at all. He doesn't believe that fate is determined by anything more than the decisions people make.

Well, he's perfectly ok with premarital sex, but he wouldn't sleep around. One night stands and banging as many women as possible just aren't his style. With his girlfriend he's rather unrestrained in bed, though.

He had a good relationship with his parents, and was close to his father. When his father died, things became strained with mother, to the point where they don't talk now.

Take responsibility for everything you do, good and bad.

Hair care products. He doesn't need them, or use them.

Nope. He may have ended up doing that at some point, but he never specifically sets out to emotionally hurt anyone.

That if he does enough good in the world he can make up for whatever he's done that has him on the outs with his family.

That he couldn't do more to help save the people of Raccoon City.

His first one after escaping from Spain.

Quite a few people, actually. Wesker being on the top of that list.

He'll risk his neck for anyone who needs help.

That his father had died. He was upset about it for a while, but decided to spend his time honoring his father than mourning him.

Leon is a Federal Agent, and while he doesn't agree or approve of everything the government says and does, he does believe that he can do a lot of good as a member of law enforcement, than anything else.

Oddly, he tends to stay out of politics, despite working directly under the President of the United States.
21. Is there any political issue that could motivate your character to violence?
Probably not. He's only violent when he needs to be.

If it becomes necessary in the course of doing his job.

He has no other reasons to get violent beyond that.

He doesn't have any catch phrases. "Hey, Beautiful..." is the closest thing he has to one, which he only says to Claire to make her smile and blush.

He was relatively quiet in High School and didn't date much, but did have a girlfriend that he kept from the middle of his junior year in HS to his first year in college. After that, he didn't date much, with there being a gape of about 8 or 9 years to his current relationship with Claire. He flirted with women during that gap, but he has no game. The closest thing he had to a relationship during that time was a couple of run-ins with Ada.
27. What is the best romantic relationship your character has ever had?
His current relationship, by far. He's never been happier.
28. What is the worst romantic relationship your character has ever had?
Ada, if you can even call that a relationship. Their relationship as been remarkably violent, and fill with a lot of lies and ambiguity.

He's in the process of settling down with Claire, sort of. He likes the connection of family that he has with her and Sherry.

Nope. Both he and Claire are intensely loyal to each other.

I... really can't see any. She'd have to be drugged or something.

Never. He's big on loyalty, and he values Claire's feeling more than anything else. Plus, if she didn't kill him for cheating, her brother would.

He'd have to be trapped somewhere with Ada and drugged/drunk out of his mind. He might give in then, but otherwise, he wouldn't normally.

Ada Wong, if only for the feelings he has for her. She's constantly been a big question of "What could we have had together?". As long as he's dating Claire, that question will remain unanswered, which is frustrating to him. He might cheat, just to get a taste of what he could have, and immediately regret it because of everything he'd lose.
