Lime Bavarian

Jun 05, 2009 10:57

Made lime Bavarian last night. I made it with lime juice instead of limeade, so I added 50% more sugar. Still, it's pleasantly tart (and I'm not usually one for tart things). Orange Bavarian is still nice, but this is a nice change of pace.

Was a conscious choice. Do you capitalize "Fried Chicken"?

But "orange" is at the beginning of a sentence here.

have you ever made it with raspberries? how often do you make it? the raspberries are almost in season up here.

I've also done cherry and lemon and lemon-lime. I haven't tried raspberry. I wouldn't want to do it without straining the raspberries, to get rid of the seeds, but it should be good. Let me know how it turns out if you make it.

During the summer, I probably make it at least once a month, and sometimes more frequently.
