" time to shower and I’m thinking of the shower dream and I might be redreaming the shower dream, but the dream gets covered by the face of a giant clock, tick tick beep beep and I’m dreaming my alarm clock, and I’m waking up, and it’s not a dream at all"
he was intending to get in the shower, but thinking about the shower made him remember the dream he had, and then he starts to daydream and relive it, but the dream is covered up when his alarm clock slips into his thoughts, but he realizes that it's not part of the daydream, his alarm is actually ringing, because right before he got up he clicked snooze instead of turning it off.
make sense now? i can't think of any way to reword it better. help?
can you figure out a specific point in the sentence where you lose track of things?
