Monday... Luna didn't usually promote favoritism, but given all the general bashing the day got, she had long ago decided to declare it as her favorite day of the week. It was a beginning, a time for fresh starts, a time to stop being depressed about the dress code and bend the rules

Gwenn was already getting aggitated from hearing Myrtle screaming about Merlin only knew what. Then, of course, there were the stares she was still getting. Most of them had subsided now that the new gossip out was about Harry. Thinking about it made Gwenn roll her eyes.

When she came up on the youger girl, Gwenn glanced over her outfit like she did nearly everyone else. She, herself, may have on unregulation shoes and no socks with a skirt that was just barely too short, but that was a different story entirely.

"You know the dress code, right?" She asked, already knowing the answer would be yes.

"Of course," Luna was quite well acquainted with the dress code. "I'm not aware to have seriously violated it," she continued in her typical airy way.

"Sorry to be nitpicky," Gwenn started, knowing that the headmistress had no issues with being the most nitpicky individual ever. "But your socks are all wrong. And is your skirt the right length?"

Her eyebrows furrowed a bit as she tried to decide if it was or not.

"My skirt is definately the right length," the girl responded, still good natured, she would ignore the sock comment. magicing up a ruler, she handed it to Gwenn.
