Set back

So todya i suffered my first set back on the road to cincy. I only had to run three miles today so i was thinking that it would be a breeze. Well, the first mile went great. There are definately going to be hard and easy runs. Don't worry at the beginning. Are you stretching well before and after your run? i would be happy to show you somethings that will help. i have a couple calf stretches that i have to do before i run or i get cramps. love you babe. goodluck with the next one.
