Good news- I now have a job offer and in all likelihood will be starting my new position on March 26th. This means that I should be able to move into my own place soon and I am extremely excited about it. Yay, I'm glad you got the other job because you seemed more interested in it. And as we know, boredom at work = nail painting, Rhonda playtime, and deathholes. ;)

If you have trouble with renting, you can probably get your parents to co-sign with no major problems for either of you. That's what I did when I moved in because I had no credit and my income was too low for their minimum, and they've never had to do anything but sign a document four years ago. My credit is in the 800s now. :D

Unfortunately as my parents do not technically have guaranteed income right now I don't think that option would work for me. If only! Hopefully it won't be an issue in any case.
