Meaning you've forced your mind to be a slave to a nonessential chemical, and it's taxing on your life, and as such it would be the best option for all parties involved if everyone sat back and let this curse happen instead of trying to do anything about it.

Oh, yes, that's certainly a perspective a person could take on it, isn't it? I think you'd agree it's a little bit of a moot point, though, since there isn't anything anyone can do about it, or so it seems.

I think, in the spirit of avoiding future shortages, I'm going to make some kind of list of all us sad addicts so we can supply each other, because at least among ourselves we have empathy. In that vein, may I have your name?
