A question: Why Marfan's Syndrome? I find it interesting you've picked this genetic disease, and I wonder if you're also going to incorporate the physiological aspects it often comes with i.e. heart, eye and connective tissue defects? I have a personal interest as my foster son died at 17 through complications to his aortic valve and his sister has recently had her aorta replaced (their maternal aunt had her mitral valves replaced). It also runs in families, even though it is the commonest of the genetic variations, often cropping up in families with no previous history.
