3 weeks ago me and my hunny started to get serious about our health, eating better, working out regularly. He was going to the gym a week before me and more often than I and working with a personal trainer. In 3 weeks, he's lost 10 lbs. I received an email from a credible person yesterday about new texas traffic laws going into effect.
