p.s - this is your 30 minute? what's it about? whose in it? any shoots planned for the summer? this is your last year right? what's happening next year?

yup this is my 30 minute. It's about the initial training of an interegation agent. I got a number of actors from the ABC school of Broadcasting who were all amazing, one from another acting agency (she was incredible), this summer were running the company full time and may do a short film but mostly planning for larger projects. I have a spring course and a 3 credit hour fall course, then I'm done. Next year is full time running the company and planning for the documentary.

I have to work a lot during the summer but I want to lend a hand whenever I can so if you need a Lighting director or a Grip I'm around, plus I've learned a lot with the camera this year so if you need an assistant director if no one else is available, or a continuity assistant, I'm down.

Also, if you ever need to shoot a Toronto locale, you have accomadations here!

Thanks, I was going for a little more comic like look with a bit of grain sucking the saturation out of the images. Using dark sets and shooting at a high shutter speed to get crisp images. Pumping large amounts of light into selective areas to give it a unique look.

The low-res makes it look like Chris is smiling in the background, haha.

Very nice shots Ray, and if you want to be a director, there's no chance you'll get rid of that sentence.

Chris is actually laughing as the big guy beats Mark, creepy ominous laughter, heheheh.
I began using that saying in grade twelve and it's funny because by the time we wrapped shooting on this one I would say, "That was perfect" and the actors would say, "let's do it again!".
Unfortunately not enough directors adopt this adage. I'm definetly not perfect but I'll never settle!
