It'll be interesting to see if this makes it to the Supreme Court. Otherwise, I think Catholic Charities should close its doors rather than comply. Morally, I think it would have to. Plus, it would pressure the government that really does count on the services of religious non-profits. They need to throw their weight for all it's worth.

I agree. Unfortunately, it doesn't look promising going by that last sentence about Catholic Charities. They're arguing that some of the employees are non-Catholic, but aren't these employees the ones seeking the job with Catholic Charities? But of course, you can't expect them to adhere to the Catholic Church's morals while in the workplace ... of course not! Ugh.
