Continued from Here

Apparently ‘it’ was gone and she could not live without ‘it’. What this ‘it’ was however, she never said. Please don’t tell me she lost one of those damn unicorns which litter her desk. She even had one on the bloody pen! Sighing, I rubbed my forehead and stared at her as she prattled on. I really don’t have the energy for this. Not after that little row with Knox. I suppose not having had a descent night sleep for god knows how long doesn’t help either.

Bloody hell, now she’s crying.

“Harmony. Harmony? For gods sake, will you keep quiet for a second?” She? She who’s gone just like this mysterious ‘it‘? Never mind that now, we’d better find this ‘it’ or she’ll be crying for the rest of the day. And sulking tomorrow, before she moved onto the next thing to flounder about. Sighing, I pulled my handkerchief out of my pocket and handed it to her.

“What ‘it’ did you misplace? I can’t help you find it if you don’t tell me what it is I’m supposed to a) have seen or b) am supposed to be looking for.” It can be so many things. For all we know we’re looking for a large pink elephant in a small room. Knowing Harmony, that’s not completely out of the realm of impossibility.
