[The screen turns on to Fluttershy, looking rather proud as she waters a few tree saplings with a watering can she holds in her mouth. After being satisfied with the amount, she puts it down.]

You'll grow up nice, and strong, and green... I know you will. You just need the proper love.

[A dismissive hand wave. Really, in the grand scheme of things, it's not important to him.]

You're talking. Animals don't talk.

Not all animals talk in a way all of us can fully understand, but us ponies do.

[Talking pony. Alright, not the weirdest thing she's seen.]

What kind of trees are those?

To be really honest... I'm not sure. I found the seeds in a shed here... Things are so different from back in Ponyville.

They do. You just need to show them love, and care, and talk to them a little every day.

And singing. -=a small smile.=-

I am called Hawke. I did not think there was another talking animal here.

Yes, singing as well. I sing them lullabies every night before I go to bed, and songs when I see them in the morning.

It's nice to meet you, Hawke. My name is Fluttershy.
