Anyone have any ideas for a self-portrait I could do for my photography class?

One of the best self-portraits I've ever seen is my friend Jason's wife, Alice...she took a black-and-white of herself hanging curtains, from behind, and it was just so beautiful.
I think people taking portraits of themselves doing mundane things can be so fascinating sometimes.
