Awww... *hugs* I *HATE* computer problems. Trust me - I know all about those. :/ And I feel the same way after too much food - I'm actually looking forward to going back to classes because I'm taking aerobics. Maybe I'll finally feel less bloated and stiff from all the food. XD And I hope you feel better soon!

I had something similar happen to me recently, and it turned out that the cause was the W32.Blaster.Worm. Here is what you need to do:

Download the latest antivirus/spyware definitions and windows updates and install them to your computer, then scan it with your antivirus/antispyware program of choice. Go to the Symantec web page and download the W32.Blaster.Worm removal tool. Follow all the instructions to make sure the worm is really gone. You will need to restart your computer throughout the process.

I did this just a few days ago and my computer works like a charm after crashing constantly. Also, devon_01's suggestion is a good one; you should do that every month anyway (in addition to running your antivirus/antispyware programs). You can do that before you try the above, and hopefully it will be just the thing you need. If it's not, that should be your next step.
