I got these shoes for Christmas and I feel so ungrateful and spoilt and whatever when I say this but I really wish that people would listen when I specifically state that I don't want clothing as gifts

You should really just go on repeating it every single year; that's how my family finally started listening to me.

It does sound as if someone stole your laptop and I'm sorry to hear about that. Whoever did it is stupid and awful and I think normal procedure is to report it to... were you at school? report it to the office and hopefully they can do something about it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you; I hope you get it back!

I don't know why I keep on calling my university 'school' because it always confuses everyone but it was on our campus and unfortunately, it is our responsibility to look after our things so I have no one to seek sympathy from (apart from here of course).

It was on our campus and I was in the room alone (or so I thought?) and so yeah, I pretty hate my university now.
