I am totally in the same boat. I've crept back up due to simply being lazy. Winter does that to me. Time to buckle down so I actually feel comfy in my clothing again!

It's hard to get yourself back into the swing of things after a stint of not paying attention. I'm not on any sort of official plan, but am working to add more fruits and veggies and less crap into my daily food intake. I am back at the gym. I've revised my goals somewhat to where I was completely ok and happy before, which is well above the limits of what WW would allow me to set as my goal. I know that weighing in at the meetings is what made ww work for me. I weigh several times a week at the gym, but right now I'm focusing more on how my clothes fit (which at the moment they DONT) and how I feel.

As far as I'm concerned every step you take toward your goals is a good one, whether it's WW or rollergirl. So go conquer the world!

Just relax, darlin'. If you get yourself all stressed and bothered it'll only make the going that much harder. You're gorgeous as you are - always keep that in mind!

You're doing fine.
