What to do?

I count re-reads in my yearly count, you're still spending the time reading/listening to the book. I haven't had a re-read of HP this year and it makes me sad. I say listen to whatever you're in the mood for.

Yeah I'm starting to get sad about the lack of HP too. I watched the movies earlier this week though!

I'm in a similar predicament. I love re-reading, but honestly do feel it is a waste of time when my "to read" list is miles long. I've been sacrificing my love of re-reading so that I can spend that time reading new books. Yeah, it totally feels like a sacrifice.

I'd count the re-reads as "books read" for the year, if I were to do any re-reading at all. Those books still count!! (And so do the books that feel like cheats. The Black Dagger Brotherhood books have taken two months of reading time from me, and they are SO cheating, but SO worth it.)
