just now i found a tiny shard of glass imbedded in the skin, right on my shoulder. this is because while i was standing at a bus stop tonight, the glass behind me suddenly shattered, for no discernable reason. a very surreal end to an entirely unremarkable birthday.

You deserve only the loveliest of reflections from windows, mirrors, and glass partitions. Especially on your special day. When are we going to be fitted by the milliner? happy birthday! i did see it on myspace but forgot to say anything because i'm rubbish like that, unless you're in my face going 'it's my birthday! let's go out for curry! let's get pissed!'. which you might've done had we been in the same physical location, but is difficult to do over the internets.
