Phillies World Series Parade

As you may know, the Phillies won the World Series on Wednesday and on Friday we had our celebration parade. Friday morning started off crazy - my train was full of Phillies fans going in and the train filled up five stops early and couldn't take any more passengers. Work was great - we all got off at noon to go watch the parade. Here are some

This is why I am SO GLAD Tampabay did not win...Downtown St. Pete is just a little too close and traffic would have been horrible... ;-)

Yeah, I can feel that. :) I don't mind for us so much - we haven't won anything since like 1980 and it was a big deal. I can put up with one day of transportation problems to see the city come together like it did. Plus, I got to wear jeans all week and get off work early!
