i don't know why you are unhealthy, but i am sorry to hear it. i hope everything works out.

but i can completely relate to the whole unhealthy-because-of-something-you-did-to-yourself thing. more than you could ever realize. it scares thee shit out of me. but it upsets me more that the entire thing could have been avoided because i was the one that cause[d] it and can't blame genetics or anyone else but myself.
