I fuck up my life far too much. The person who had never received detention, a speeding ticket, or a write up at work is now being sued and foreclosed on. And possibly losing my job after 10 years. I'm (mentally) losing it. Fast.

Well, that's not news I want to hear. It's proof that bad things happen to good people. I'm so sorry! Suggest that the first priority is to get a lawyer; let a knowledgeable person protect your interests and buffer that badness.
