I just had a memory float thru my head about the first time i ate at a Szechuan restaurant with some friends in nyc. I was new to the city and they wanted me to try their favorite dish. So i start eating and i comment that it's really hot! And they can't understand why i think so until someone asks "you didn't eat one of these did you?" Holding up
