Terry's brother-in-law had a seizure last Monday and then surgery for a brain mass on Wednesday. The biopsy shows glioblastoma grade 4 malignant tumor. These are apparently the worst type of brain cancer to have

Thank you so much for your kind words and contribution. I have never experienced before how much it matters to hear ppl say that this sucks and we are not alone. The reason for this education sucks but I'm glad to see now why it matters so much.

I'm really hoping to squeeze out a small contribution as well, but need to sit down and figure things out first.

The cancer is bad enough, and it's awful for people to have to be fundraising in the midst of this kind of crisis. They shouldn't have to be worrying about things like that right now, but there it is.

My mother was misdiagnosed with a different kind of brain cancer many years ago, so I know a little of how that news feels. I'm thinking most of you and Terry because I know you, but I feel for his family very much. I wondered if they would like the link to the fundraiser spread around more? I could put it up on Twitter, for example, but I don't want to do that without knowing their wishes. Or if you guys have that part of things covered, that's good too.
