I posted a little New Year's party fluff that I wrote for the fluffy challenge as my first post in my LJ. I started it weeks and weeks ago, but the end of term and the Christmas frenzy got hold of me and I just couldn't get it ready to go until I had some time to relax. I'm trying to put more non-angsty Percy out into the world. It was fun to write

Oh thank you! I'm so glad you enjoyed. I love Percy/Penny and think they are very romantic together! Percy so desperately needs someone who loves and understands him and JKR seems to have made Penny fill that bill. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for more Percy in book seven.

I *love* your Percy/Penny -- they are clearly so perfect for each other. I particularly like how calm Penny is and how she handles her husband's quirks with such ease. Their interactions and dialog are so natural and effortless. It's quite charming to read.

And I dare anyone not to laugh at the thought of Oliver Wood doing the funky owl! LOL

Oh thank you! I love writing their banter. She "gets" him, which is why he loves her so. Yes - I can see the funky owl quite well in my head and it definitely makes me giggle!
