How can anyone pick just one Millay sonnet? By a process of jabbing my finger randomly at a list I present:

We should have a Millay Month, with a poem every day. I like "no rose" even better than "Admetus".

Yes, so do I, which is why I couldn't resist cheating. I did think of just posting 'no rose', but I figured if I didn't go through with the one I picked at random, I would immediately think of another one I liked as much as much and be stuck again. I'm not sure why it's easier to pick an illicit second choice than a first choice, but is seems it is. I could do a Millay Month easily.

I just love "In Homer's or in Omar's or in mine" - that's such a cheeky internal half rhyme, and the reference is perfect.
