I've never been to a Hanson concert in the US, but I've heard stories and the fans do sound insane. Good luck not getting killed by one of them nutcases. There's almost no-one at their Paris concerts. There are usually a bunch of Americans who probably traveled just to see them, but some fans also travel to the UK to see Lifehouse, so I think Hanson fans are not too weird when it comes to spending money and going abroad just to see their favorite band. That said, I totally agree with you about Hanson fans not helping the guys gaining respect.
It's just really funny when people get upset that in general, Hanson is still viewed as a teen-pop act yet they continue to conduct themselves the same way they did when they were 12.
I can't say I would travel abroad to see them... If only I had all the money in the world.
I'd like to see a US show just to see how crazy those girls are. What I hate when they do a show here is how everyone screams when the guys start talking because there's no way they, the fans, can understand what they (the guys) are saying without the noise, let alone when they're screaming. I just find it pointless. All that teeny bopper thing just pisses me off.
